I love eating the leftovers for breakfast the next day haha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will need:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 large potatoes, boiled and skinned and diced and put into a 9x 13 pan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix together in a bowl:&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;2 cans cream of chicken soup&lt;br /&gt;1 8oz carton sour cream&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup finely chopped green onion&lt;br /&gt;Salt &amp;amp; Pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour over potatoes and mix in well with potatoes.&amp;nbsp; They are delicious!&amp;nbsp; I hope you enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cups all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp soda&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp ground cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;1 cup pumpkin puree&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 cup butterscotch chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 325.&amp;nbsp; Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a medium bowl, wisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.&amp;nbsp; Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and lightened in color, about 1 minute.&amp;nbsp; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ng1ld3exxxU/TmZU-c-O82I/AAAAAAAABts/I3y36ie3-pk/s1600/DSCN3700.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="300" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ng1ld3exxxU/TmZU-c-O82I/AAAAAAAABts/I3y36ie3-pk/s400/DSCN3700.jpg" width="400" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;This is my favorite recipe for wheat bread. &amp;nbsp;My dad found out about a year ago that he has diabetes. &amp;nbsp;This meant a huge change in his diet. &amp;nbsp;He was a white bread eater, he does not care for wheat bread. &amp;nbsp;So I decided to take a recipe I had been using to make bread for my own family, which I used half wheat and half white flour, and change it to all wheat for him. &amp;nbsp;He loves it! &lt;br /&gt;I want my wheat bread to keep all the nutrients, so here is what I do. &amp;nbsp;I buy the hard white wheat, then I grind it myself with my Le-Equip NutriMill, and keep it in a Ziploc bag in the freezer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So here's the recipe:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cups whole wheat flour&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup shortening&lt;br /&gt;3 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;4 1/2 tsp quick active dry yeast&lt;br /&gt;2 1/4 cups very warm water&lt;br /&gt;3 to 4 cups all purpose flour ( or this is where you can change the recipe to make it all wheat by putting 3 to 4 cups wheat flour instead, and it's still just as yummy!)&lt;br /&gt;Butter or margarine, melted, if desired&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl, beat whole wheat flour, honey shortening, salt and yeast with electric mix until well mixed. &amp;nbsp;Add warm water, and beat on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 1 minute. &amp;nbsp;Stir in enough remaining flour 1 cup at a time to until dough is easy to handle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now you can either knead dough on a floured surface by hand until dough is smooth and springy, or I use my Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook to knead it until it's smooth and springy. &amp;nbsp;Grease a large bowl with shortening. &amp;nbsp;Place dough in bowl, turning dough to grease all sides. &amp;nbsp;Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place about an hour or until it has doubled in side. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grease bottom and sides of two 8x 4 inch or 9 x 5 inch loaf pans with shortening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gently push fist into dough to deflate. &amp;nbsp;Divide the dough in half. &amp;nbsp;Flatten each half with a rolling pin into rectangles on a lightly floured, or greased surface. &amp;nbsp;Roll dough up tightly, beginning at the short side of the rectangle. &amp;nbsp;Pinch edge of roll to seal. &amp;nbsp;Pinch each end of roll to seal, then fold ends under loaf. &amp;nbsp;Place seam side down in pan. &amp;nbsp;Brush loaves lightly with butter. &amp;nbsp;Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place 35-50 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Move oven rack to lough position so the tops of pans will be in center of over. &amp;nbsp;heat oven to 375 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake 40-45 minutes or until loaves are deep golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. &amp;nbsp;Remove from pans to wire rack. &amp;nbsp;Brush loves with butter; , and it is SO good!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3-4 chicken breasts, trimmed of fat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 cloves garlic&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tsp ground cumin &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tsp dried oregano leaves&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsp crushed red pepper&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 cans great northern beans&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 can white shoepeg corn (I used regular corn)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 Tbsp line juice&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Add Chicken, broth, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt, and red pepper to slow cooker.  Cover and let cook for about 6-8 hours on low or until chicken falls apart.  Shred the chicken with 2 forks.  Drain and rinse the beans and corn and add them to the slow cooker.  Add chopped cilantro and lime juice to slow cooker. left raw&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix everything together and put in crockpot on low for 4-5 hours.&lt;br /&gt;Scoop chicken into taco and pour sauce over top.&amp;nbsp; You can add your favorite beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, etc.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;4 to 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;Melted butter in a bowl &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once the milk has been scalded, let cool some so it won't kill the yeast.&amp;nbsp; Combine the still warm milk with the yeast for approximately 5 minutes or until foamy.&amp;nbsp; Stir in softened butter, eggs, salt and sugar.&amp;nbsp; Add the flour 1 cup at a time, mixing in between cups, until the dough is not sticky.&amp;nbsp; Shape into a round ball and place dough in a large greased bowl and cover with a towel to rise.&amp;nbsp; Once double in size, punch down.&amp;nbsp; Let rise again and punch down two more times.&amp;nbsp; The 3rd time you punch down, take dough out of bowl and place on a flat, lightly floured surface.&amp;nbsp; Roll out with a rolling pin until approximately an inch thick and shaped into a square or rectangle.&amp;nbsp; Cut into 2 1/2 inch or 3 inch squares.&amp;nbsp; Dip half of one square into the melted butter.&amp;nbsp; Then fold in half so the buttered half is on bottom, and place onto a cookie sheet.&amp;nbsp; Continue in this manner for all of the squares.&amp;nbsp; Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.&amp;nbsp; When you take them out of the oven, brush the tops with melted butter.&amp;nbsp; Serve warm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are some of my husband's most favorite rolls, but because of the time involved with the dough raising and because of the amount of butter used... we only fix them for special occasions!&amp;nbsp; text-align: left;"&gt;1 cup chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Preheat oven 350 degrees.&amp;nbsp; Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.&amp;nbsp; In large bowl, beat powdered sugar, butter, cherry liquid, almond extract, and food coloring.&amp;nbsp; Beat in flour and salt.&amp;nbsp; Stir in cherries.&amp;nbsp; Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheets approximately 2 inches apart.&amp;nbsp; Bake about 11 minutes or until starting to brown slightly.&amp;nbsp; Remove from cookie sheets and place on cooling racks.&amp;nbsp; Cool completely.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;In a large resealable ziploc bag, place chocolate chips.&amp;nbsp; Microwave on High for 30 seconds.&amp;nbsp; Squeeze chips around.&amp;nbsp; Continue to microwave in 15 second intervals and squeezing chips until smooth.&amp;nbsp; Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.  In a large bowl beat 2 cups margarine and the powdered sugar until light and fluffy.  Beat in mint extract, egg yolks, and food coloring.  In another bowl sift flour, baking powder, and salt.  Then add flour mixture to the green mixture and beat until well mixed.  Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet about two inches apart.  Using the end of a wooden spoon, or a deep teaspoon, press a deep "well" into the center of each cookie.  Bake about 13 minutes, then while still warm push down "wells" again.  Cool two minutes, then place on cooling racks and cool completely.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large ziploc bag, place the chocolate chips, the whipping cream, and the remaining butter.  Microwave on High for 30 seconds, then squish the chocolate around a bit.  Continue with 20 second heating intervals until the chocolate is melted completely and all mixed together (no lumps.)  Then cut off the tip of one bottom corner and fill each "well" with the chocolate mixture.  Let stand over night or about 12 hours so the chocolate isn't runny anymore, then serve!  &lt;br /&gt;My kids loved these because they were the perfect serving size for them!  For adults they are almost a bite, maybe two at most. Drain mandarin oranges.  Combine sugar, flour, and 1/2 tsp salt.  Gradually stir in 1 3/4 cups pineapple juice and eggs.  Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until thickened.  Add lemon juice.  Coll mixture to room temperature.  Bring water, remaining 2 tsp of salt and oil to boil.  Add acini de pepe; cook at rolling boil until done.  Drain pasta, rinse with water, drain again and cool to room temperature.  Combine egg mixture and acini de pepe.  Mix lightly but thoroughly.  Refrigerate overnight in airtight container.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.  In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon then set aside.  In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy - on medium speed.  Beat in the egg and continue beating until combined.  In another small bowl combine the molasses and milk.  Remove the butter mixture from the mixer.  Alternate adding the flour and milk mixtures to the butter mixture.  Fold the batter together with a rubber spatula.  Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.  Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until done.  Let cool. Loved it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 chicken breasts diced &amp;amp; left raw&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup mayo&lt;br /&gt;1 cup cheddar cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 can cream of mushroom soup&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbs lemon pepper seasoning&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbs parsley&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix everything and pour in crock pot.  Cook on low 4-5 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet w/ non-stick cooking spray.&lt;br /&gt;2. Beat butter until creamy. Add brown sugar and 3 T granulated sugar; beat until well blended. Add corn syrup, cinnamon, egg, vanilla and baking soda; beat well.&lt;br /&gt;3. Stir together flour and cocoa; beat into butter mixture. If batter becomes too stiff, use wooden spoon to stir in remaining flour. Cover; refrigerate about 30 minutes, if necessary, until batter is firm enough to shape into 1 inch balls. Combine remaining 1/4 C granulated sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture. Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.&lt;br /&gt;4. My kids loved it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put in Crockpot:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2-3 pounds stew meat&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;dash of pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 onion, sliced&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix in a bowl &amp;amp; pour over meat:&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp Garlic salt&lt;br /&gt;1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cups beef broth or stock (from cubes or granules)&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbs Ketchup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook in crockpot on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours. When cooked make a simple roux by whisking 1/3 c. flour with enough apple juice (about 5-6 Tbs.) to make a thick but still pourable flour mixture. Whisk the roux into the crockpot &amp;amp; add 4 ounces sliced mushrooms. Cook on high for 15-30 minutes. Then stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Add the powdered sugar &amp;amp; vanilla.  Beat whipping cream until stiff &amp;amp; fold in cream cheese mixture. ( I know it sounds weird, but I love eating the left over uncooked pie dough.) Now when I make pies I don't have to share the pie dough with anyone because my hubby doesn't like it uncooked :) &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Hehe&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup shortening&lt;br /&gt;1 2/3 cups flour&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;Cut mixture until size of large peas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup flour&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup water&lt;br /&gt;mix into paste and add to flour &amp;amp; shortening mixture. Mix till even consistency.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. It is the best cheesecake I have EVER tasted!  I think my mom has a special touch though, because whenever I make it, it still turns out good, but never as good as hers :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Graham cracker crust:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup softened butter&lt;br /&gt;Blend and press firmly into pie plate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First Mixture:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4-  3 oz pkgs. cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;Pour into already baked pie crust and bake 20 minutes at 375.  Cool before:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Second Mixture:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup sour cream&lt;br /&gt;4 tsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt;Mix and pour on top and bake 10 more minutes. Place butter in a shallow bowl.  Combine herbs and cheese and place in another bowl.  Dip 6 dough circle in butter and then in cheese mixture.  Arrange circles evenly in a large sprayed bundt pan to cover the bottom.  Circles will overlap.  Sprinkle half the cooked sausage over dough.  Repeat with 6 more circles and the remaining sausage.  Dip last 6 circles in butter and then in cheese mixture and arrange on top to cover sausage.  Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.  Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.  Cover with foil last 10 minutes of baking. Pour off fat.  Add sweet'n sour sauce, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sweet'n Sour Sauce:&lt;br /&gt;20 oz. can of pineapple chunks&lt;br /&gt;2 TBS cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 TBS soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 cup coarsely chopped green pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drain 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks, combine pineapple syrup with enough water to make 1 cup, mix syrup with 2 TBS cornstarch, add rest of the ingredients except pineapple chunks and green pepper.  Heat until thickened and clear. So, I looked online, and found another family members version of it.  None of them looked like the one I remembered or recognized as Taco Soup.  So, I went through my cupboards and just kind of made up my own recipe!  It turned out pretty well, I think.  I liked it anyway... so here is what I did.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed&lt;br /&gt;1 can black beans, drained and rinsed&lt;br /&gt;1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed&lt;br /&gt;1 can tomatoes and green chilies&lt;br /&gt;1 can condensed tomato soup&lt;br /&gt;4 cans water (from soup can)&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup taco seasoning or 2 packets&lt;br /&gt;2 cups salsa&lt;br /&gt;1 pound ground hamburger&lt;br /&gt;Shredded cheese, sour cream, taco chips (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In frying pan, brown hamburger.  Sprinkle about half of the taco seasoning or one packet onto the hamburger and stir.  Remove from heat when hamburger is coated in seasoning.  Pour soup into crock pot, along with water.  Add beans, tomatoes and chilies, salsa, meat and remaining taco seasoning.  Stir together.  Cook on low 5 to 6 hours or high 3 to 4, stirring occasionally. Add enough water to almost cover the meat. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 hrs or high heat for 8 hrs. Remove meat from cooker and shred. Use juice in cooker for dipping sandwiches.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut rolls in half and cover each side with cheese. Place under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted. French Fried Onions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Brown ground beef; drain fat. Combine all ingredients except French Fried Onions. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; top with French Fried Onions, and bake 5 minutes longer. Combine half cup drained pineapple, brown sugar, melted butter and 3 Tbsp. pineapple syrup.  Spoon into mini bundt pan.  Prepare pound cake mix according to pkg. directions, using pineapple syrup for liquid.  Stir in lemon peel, vanilla and remaining crushed pineapple.  Spoon into pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 min. cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 stick margarine&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup white corn syrup&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, and salt.&amp;nbsp; Bring to a boil in microwave.&amp;nbsp; Cook for two minutes on high, stirring in baking soda, well.&amp;nbsp; Pour over popped corn in a brown paper bag.&amp;nbsp; Fold bag shut and microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high without shaking.&amp;nbsp; Then shake well.&amp;nbsp; Microwave another 1 1/2 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Serve warm.&amp;nbsp; Enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I like to "dry this out" by leaving it opened on the counter overnight, as well.&amp;nbsp; Stir flour with baking powder, soda, and cinnamon, then blend with creamed mixture. Mix in the sour cream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour batter into a greased and flour-dusted 9 by 13 in. baking pan. It is so yummy and super easy to make.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cake:&lt;br /&gt;1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup flour&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup mashed pumpkin&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filling:&lt;br /&gt;8 ounces cream cheese, softened&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon butter, melted&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 cup powdered sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Cut wax paper to fit the bottom of the pan and leave an inch overhang on each of the short ends of the pan. Lightly grease the wax paper and sides of the jelly roll pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix the sugar, flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, eggs and the pumpkin in a large bowl. Once mixed, pour mixture over the waxed paper. Sprinkle the walnuts, if using, on top of the mixture. Bake for 14-15 minutes until edges pull away from the sides of the pan and the center is done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lay a large dishtowel on the counter top (it is best to use a dishtowel without any texture- a tea towel or similar towel works best). Spread a thick dusting of powdered sugar all over the towel. When the cake comes out of the oven, turn the pan upside down on the powdered sugar-laden towel so the wax paper is on the top. Gently peel off the wax paper, being careful not to tear the roll. Starting at one of the short ends, roll the pumpkin cake up with the towel to cool. While the roll is cooling, mix the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar together until it is light and creamy. Once the roll is cool, unroll with an offset spatula, carefully spread filling in an even layer over the cake. Set aside.&amp;nbsp; In a separate bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk.&amp;nbsp; Stir until creamy, then pour pudding over the angel food cake.&amp;nbsp; Then spread the sour cream over the pudding, the pie filling over the sour cream, and the cool whip over the pie filling.&amp;nbsp; Add frozen roast.&amp;nbsp; Pour water over the top of the roast.&amp;nbsp; Sprinkle the remaining packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix over the top of the roast.&amp;nbsp; Put the lid on the crock pot and set to "High."&amp;nbsp; You let it cook approximately one hour per pound of meat.&amp;nbsp; It is alright to cook it longer if you want a more tender meat.&amp;nbsp; About an hour and a half before the meat is done, cut the carrots, potatoes, and onion into 1 inch cubes or pieces.&amp;nbsp; Season flour with salt and pepper.  Dredge meat in seasoned flour.  Put onions in bottom of Crockpot; add meat.  Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.  Cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Cut top off rolls, scoop out inside.  Stuff with above mixture.  Wrap in foil and heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
