Meat Loaf

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
Ketchup...about 1 cup
1/4 cup onion, chopped
celery and garlic salt
Salt and Pepper
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf.

I've followed my mom's way of cooking and I like to put uncooked bacon strips across the top, and then cover them with ketchup before I put it in the oven, it adds so much flavor!

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

I've never really made or had meat loaf to be honest with you. What do you serve it with? I might have to venture outside my comfort zone.

I serve it with Au Gratin Potatoes, and green beans. It's pretty good :)
